Policies
- We may deny service or increase the fee if the pet's condition or temperament differs from an initial consultation.
- Full payment is due even if you forget the appointment or cancel it with less than 24 hours notice.
- Telephone is the best way to reach us.
- Appointments are available Mondays through Fridays.
- If weather conditions are extremely inclement (usually a couple of days a year), we may not be able to reach your domicile and will contact you to reschedule.
- Scheduling appointments around the holidays can be problematic so plan accordingly.
- Please "empty" your dog prior to the appointment.
- We cannot groom aggressive dogs or known biters.
- Cash and checks only for payment, please.
